The problem
What was broken.
A family-run roofing company in the Denver metro had been in business for 14 years and was getting almost nothing from their website. They were paying $400 a month to an agency for "SEO" but ranking on page 4 for every keyword that mattered. Most leads still came from yard signs and referrals. They wanted a site that actually pulled its weight — without another long retainer contract.
What I did
The work.
- 01Rebuilt the site from scratch on WordPress + Bricks, replacing a slow Divi theme.
- 02Wrote 8 location pages, one per city they serve, each with unique copy and local proof.
- 03Cleaned up their Google Business Profile and added 40 service photos.
- 04Added a 3-field quote form (name, phone, what they need) above the fold on every page.
- 05Wired LocalBusiness + Service schema so Google could read the site properly.
- 06Trained the owner's daughter to update photos and post weekly to GBP.
